1. The motor doesn’t work.
You need to check whether the external plug connection line inside the electric box is disconnected. If so, you need to reconnect the connection line. What’s more, you need to check inverter protection function display. If so, exclude question factors according to inverter manual.
2. The water oil bath doesn’t heat.
You need to check when the bath temperature is lower than the set temperature, whether the “OUT” or “ON” green indicator in the temperature controller does not light up. If so, you need to replace it with a new temperature controller. What’s more, check whether “OUT” or “ON” green indicator light in the temperature controller heats. If so, change the heater and the solid state relay or relay board.
3. Water oil bath does not work.
You need to check when the bath temperature is higher than the set temperature, whether the “OUT” or “ON” green indicator in the temperature controller will not turn off. (1-2 ℃ is normal) If so, you need to replace it with a new temperature controller. What’s more, check whether “OUT” or “ON” green indicator in the temperature controller is off, and the heating continues. If so, change solid state relay or relay board.
4. The vacuum pump does not work.
The magnetic particle flaw detector is used for holding pressure test. When there is no solvent, turn off all external butterfly valves and pipelines, keep pressure for one minute. And then if the vacuum gauge pointer does not move, it has a good air tightness. If not, then it does not have a good air tightness. If it does not have a good air tightness, you should reassemble, scrub the glass fiber wool sandwich board cleanly, apply vacuum silicone grease, and align and tighten the flange mouth. And update the unavailable sealing circle.
5. The motor does not heat.
△ T> 40 ℃ according to the right method. The solution can be that: 1. Reduce the stirring blade and reduce the load. 2. Avoid rotating resonance points. 3. Appropriately increase the speed, use medium speed. 4. Unusual resistance of mechanical parts. 5. Maintain the lubrication part of the seal.
6. Questions about the sample materials.
If the viscosity of the sample is very large, the rotation speed should be slowed down, preferably by slow rotation manually, so that a new liquid level can be formed to facilitate the evaporation of the solvent.
7. What should you do before you start it
When using it, firstly draw a small vacuum (about 0.03MPa), and then turn it to prevent the distillation flask from slipping. When it stops, stop the rotation first, hold the distillation flask and vent it to the atmosphere. Wait for the vacuum to drop to about 0.04MPa, and then stop the vacuum pump, in order to prevent the distillation flask from falling off and sucking up.
